What is the The Wallflower box?

The Wallflower Box is a monthly subscription box for introverts and for those who appreciate the simple joys of a quiet life. We feature 7-9 thoughtful products designed to create a soothing and nurturing, yet inspiring unboxing experience. We also include Introvert Insights, written by a professional counselor, to provide wallflowers with useful tips and suggestions for staying refreshed, energized, and authentic while living in an extroverted world!

What's inside The Wallflower Box?

Each month, we curate a unique box filled with goodies from the areas of bath and body, books/literature, cozy apparel, notebooks/journals, beauty, jewelry/accessories, delicious snacks, and special gifts selected with the introvert in mind! All bath, body, and beauty items are natural or organic and not tested on animals. 

How does it work?

Receive a beautifully curated self-care package delivered monthly straight to your door! Subscriptions renew automatically on the 15th and all boxes ship between the 5th and 7th of each month. Cancel anytime!

What's the Retail Value of the box?

Each box contains 7-9 handpicked items and has an average retail value of $85

What's the price of the box?

The monthly subscription price is $49.95 plus shipping. We include an estimated retail value of $85+ in every box! 

When does the box ship?

All boxes are shipped between the 5th and 7th of each month. If you are in the U.S., packages are shipped via USPS and generally arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders have an estimated arrival date of 6-11 business days.

When will I receive my first box?

All boxes are shipped between the 5th and 7th of each month! Orders placed after the 1st of the current month will ship out between the 5th & 7th of the following month. For example, if you ordered on January 31st, your first month's box would ship between February 5th and 7th. However, if you ordered on February 1st or after, your first month's box would be shipped between March 5th and 7th. 

Can I return or exchange items in the box?

We do not accept returns on items. If a product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, you may send a request to support@thewallflowerbox.com within 10 days of receiving your package and we will send you a replacement item or credit your account. 

Do you offer a refund on your subscription plans?

We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. If you subscribed to a multi-month plan and want a refund after it renews, you must send a cancellation request to support@thewallflowerbox.com within 5 days of your subscription's renewal date for a refund. 

What type of subscription plans do you offer?

Currently, we only offer month to month plans. Payment is billed at the time of checkout and renews automatically on the 15th of every month. 

What's your billing policy?

You will be charged upon completion of your order. Subscriptions renew on the 15th of every month. If you choose to cancel your monthly subscription, but have already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. 

Can I gift a subscription package?

Yes! All subscription plans can be gifted. Simply choose the subscription plan and select "this is a gift" at checkout!

How can I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions can be cancelled by going to your Account Settings. Please note that if you have a monthly subscription and have already been billed for this month, your cancellation will take effect the next month.  

What if my account has insufficient funds when I subscribe or when my plan renews?

The Wallflower Box is not responsible for any charges from banks or credit cards.
